In addition to job specific training provided by the various training organizations, Allianz wanted to invest in emotional intelligence skills as the foundation for client and employee satisfaction. Ms. Gandhi believed that through an organization-wide emotional intelligence development effort, client and the organizations own team members would empathize with and be responsive to the needs and concerns of their clients and their fellow co-workers. Allianz turned to Equip Corp to provide a structured program for all staff to discover develop, and increase their own emotional intelligence skils

Our Solution

Equip Corp facilitated on-site training programs adapted for Allianz to train managers and executives in emotional intelligence skills that address the interpersonal challenges unique to Allianzs staff and client interactions. Every participant completed pre-work for a 1-day group session, followed by individual practice back at work with support from Equip Corps follow-up learning strategies. Key learnings were the Bio-Dots, Anxiety Balance Sheet and Self Motivation along with the Four Squares activity through which they learnt to monitor their moods, manage their anxiety and stick to motivation basics in life.
